Opportunity Overview: 

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring AWS Engineer to join a healthcare analytics company and deliver meaningful outcomes that reduce the cost of care. Candidates will work closely with data science leadership and operations to build intelligence in the system. This will involve constant learning and application to solve business problems. This position will require the candidate to be an out-of-the-box thinker, intellectually curious, and with great attention to detail.  This role offers the potential to grow at Zigna, deliver scalable solutions and transform payment services. We are committed to developing and nurturing talent at ZignaAI.  

Responsibilities:

We are a startup and expect each team member to wear multiple hats, take initiative, and being proactive (spot and solve problems). 

• Experience with AWS Cloud  
• Experience designing and building web environments on AWS, which includes working with services like EC2, ELB, RDS, lambda, SNS and S3. Athena, EMR experience is a plus 
• DevOps experience with building pipelines and tools such as Ansible, Artifactory, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and Sonar Qube 
• Understanding of cloud native development, to enable automation of the application maintenance including Setting up alerts and monitoring 
• A solid background in Linux/Unix and Windows server system administration 
• Experience installing and configuring servers such as Apache, Node, JBoss, Tomcat, and WebLogic 
• Experience using monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, and Prometheus 
• An understanding of writing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform 
• Understanding of Could security, IAM, Key Management and Cost Monitoring. 
• Knowledge of one or more of the most-used programming languages available for today’s cloud computing (i.e., SQL data and Python) 
• Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems 
• Proficiency in script development and scripting languages 
• The ability to be a team player 
• The ability and skill to train other people in procedural and technical topics 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's in computer science or master's in computer science. 
• Plus, multi-tenant product development experience 
• Plus, Java & Spring Boot framework experience
