This is a great opportunity for an Junior HR Executive to join a healthcare analytics company and deliver meaningful outcomes that reduce the cost of care. As an Junior HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff.

  1. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  2. Manage and supervise the HR department staff.
  3. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  4. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  5. Design and run employee training and development programs.
  6. Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
  7. Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
  8. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  9. Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
  10. Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
  11. Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
  12. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  15. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  2. Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
  3. Knowledge of MS Office and HR analytics.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
  6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. ISMS responsibilities should be followed as per company policy.
  8. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
