The audit adhered to ISO 27001's comprehensive requirements, a globally recognized security standard for ISMS certification, encompassing all facets of ISMS. Earning this certification demanded Zigna AI's demonstration of a methodical and resilient approach to managing sensitive customer information. Additionally, Zigna AI established a formal program to ensure ongoing certification maintenance and was audited by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI), a UKAS-accredited certification body.
